Raw Pasta is the first super food pasta in the UK. This pasta is 100% natural and low in calories. Raw pasta is free of fat, sugar, added E-numbers, grains and gluten.
Raw Pasta contains 95% fewer calories than regular pasta. Ordinary pasta contains about 380 to 400 Kcal per 100 grams. Raw pasta contains only 6 Kcal per 100 grams. As a result, raw pasta fits perfectly into a low-calorie diet.
What is Raw Pasta made of?
Raw Pasta is made from a fibre called Glucomannan; this fibre is extracted from the Konjac plant that mainly grows in warm regions of Japan. The fibre has been known for years for its health-promoting properties. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has scientifically proven that it helps to lose weight and is good for cholesterol levels.
How to prepare Raw Pasta?
Very simple! The pasta no longer needs to be cooked. Prepare your favourite meat or fish, add your choice of vegetables and sauce. Pour the contents of a container of Raw Pasta in a colander and rinse with water. Add the Raw Pasta to your sauce and let it warm up with it for a few minutes.
